Import and Export Executive
📍 Location: [Chennai, Tamilnadu]
🕒 Experience: Minimum 1- 2 years
Matrix Labs Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Export and Import Executive to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong understanding of international trade regulations, documentation, and logistics, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete import and export documentation, including invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, COO, and shipping instructions.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and transport companies.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws and government regulations.
- Monitor shipments and manage logistics to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain records of all transactions and provide reports to management.
- Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Production, Accounts) for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in import-export operations.
- Familiarity with INCOTERMS, LC, customs clearance procedures, and international shipping.
- Proficient in MS Office and logistics software.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
